For me, travel has never been about collecting destinations or capturing the perfect photo. It’s about choosing to invest in what matters most. I believe people are life’s most precious and valuable commodity, and the relationships we nurture are what give our lives depth, meaning, and joy.
Travel gives us the rare opportunity to slow down, step away from the noise, and be fully present with the people who shape our lives. A change of scenery can open our hearts, renew our perspective, and remind us of what truly matters.
Designing experiences that create space for connection and lasting memories is why I do this work. While I take care of the logistics with care and precision, the real purpose of travel is far deeper, it’s about understanding you, honoring your relationships, and crafting journeys that feel meaningful long after you return home.

For me, my favorite place to be in the whole world is on any Disney Cruise Line Ship sailing to anywhere in the world, with the people I love most, and I would love to help you find your favorite place in the world.
A little about me, I am a mom of two, a U.S. Army veteran, a military wife, an I/O psychologist by day, and a travel consultant who specializes in Disney by night. I am a seasoned Walt Disney World Traveler, a Disney Cruise Line Pearl Castaway Club Member, a Walt Disney World Annual passholder, and a Disney Vacation Club member.
My first trip to Walt Disney World in 2009 was a magical disaster. Not knowing how much pre-planning was needed or any understanding of exactly how much there was to do in Walt Disney World, we found ourselves showing up to all the right places at all the wrong times. Despite our terrible timing, our lack of planning, and our constant state of confusion and frustration during our very first trip, we still experienced the magic that keeps bringing us back to Walt Disney World time and time again.
In fact, what was “a once-in-a-lifetime vacation” turned into a lifestyle for me and my family. Since 2009, we have visited Walt Disney World over 50 times, Disneyland 7 times, and Aulani 2 times. I have also sailed on Disney Cruise Line 31 times. In addition to Disney Vacations, my travel expertise is grounded in firsthand experience. I’ve explored 13 U.S. national parks, 78 National Historic Sites & Monuments, 19 Caribbean islands, 33 major U.S. cities, 43 U.S. states, and three continents, giving me a deep appreciation for how different destinations truly feel, not just how they look on paper. My real-world experience perspective allows me to design trips with insight, intention, and thoughtful details that make each journey meaningful.

Beyond the Magic Travel Co. LLC was launched in 2025 with heart, vision, and a deep belief in what’s possible when passion meets purpose. The agency is proudly owned by Bradford Neff and Dara Thompson, a father-daughter team whose story is as meaningful as the journeys they help create.
Dara has been selling travel since 2021, quickly rising to become a top-performing agent at her previous agency. With a natural talent for planning, leadership, and client care, the next step felt inevitable…….building something of her own. With her Dad’s support on the business side and Dara’s expertise and vision guiding the way, Beyond the Magic Travel Co. was born.

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Dara since I first started selling travel in 2022, and from the very beginning, she has been a steady leader and mentor and someone I now call a friend. When she made the decision to step forward and launch her own agency, it felt like a call to support something special. Following her into this next chapter was an easy yes.
I’m incredibly excited to be part of this journey and honored to grow alongside an agency built on integrity, collaboration, and genuine care for both clients and advisors. This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to update this space with the wins, milestones, and achievements that Beyond the Magic Travel Co. will undoubtedly experience in the months and years ahead.
